The South West Coast Path is a 630-mile trail along England’s southwest coast, passing through stunning landscapes, from rugged cliffs to sandy beaches. It runs from Minehead in Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset. It was difficult terrain with steep climbs and descents, especially in Cornwall and North Devon. In fact the total ascent is equivalent to climbing Mount Everest four times! I had a mixture of weather but in the end completed it in 36 days and raised £5360 for Young Minds UK.
